Enterprise Project Delivery Manager

To support Edgenet’s growth, we are looking for an Enterprise Project Delivery Manager who will be responsible for managing the planning, implementation, status, communication, and delivery of all enterprise level projects. Edgenet is looking for a high performing candidate who is committed to delivering high quality projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of projects 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and on budget – including coordinating new product, business development, engineering, and business initiatives
  • Coordinate resource capacity between multiple work streams – development, data mgmt. 
  • Identify and communicate project risks and mitigation plans to executive level audience
  • Attend daily sync ups for all 3 product teams to understand completed, current, and upcoming tasks for each work stream, as well as cross team dependencies, including but not limited to resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional project meetings to compile tasks, status updates, and risks
  • Track project tasks, owners, deliverables, and dates in MS Project or comparable software
  • Document current processes, identify improvements and implement
  • Assist with internal and external communication and improve transparency
  • Provide expertise to support the project team in the following areas:
    • Timeline planning and management
    • Issue resolution and escalation
    • Communications & status reporting
    • Knowledge Management
    • Vendor Management
    • Risk Management
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Resource Management
    • Deliverable Management
    • Scope Management
    • Identify, track, and resolve/escalate project impediments, issues and/or risks
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and launch activities
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP certification is a plus 
  • Ability to handle multiple large project assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to think creatively and have flexibility
  • Extraordinary problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Sound judgement and solid decision making skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for interactions across the organization
